projects have been approved for the area. The Town Hall also checks that the development meets
the necessary infrastructure requirements and that where applicable, the necessary medical, social
and educational facilities will be provided. There are instances which can offer good growth potential
where investors are able to buy off plan before building licences have been granted - in these
instances we would ensure that the developer has a proven history for completing and ensure all
payments to the developer have bank guarantees so your money is safe at all times.

The process of re-assigning contracts allows purchasers to sell their investment prior to the building
